ARSENAL PLANT, KIEV ORIGINAL LEATHER CASE FOR KIEV-4 KIEV-4A KIEV-4M KIEV-4AM RANGEFINDER CAMERAS ABOUT ITEM’S ORIGIN (You can SKIP it!) Cameras “KIEV” have been produced since 1947 at Arsenal plant (the city of Kiev, Soviet Union). It was just a copies of Zeiss Contax cameras and first issues were based at genuine Zeiss Contax parts. Initial kinds of Kiev from 2 to 3 model are most close clones of Contax cameras and even named Kiev-II and Kiev-III same with Contax models. High reliability, excellent optics, capability to shoot at low temperature (it can work in a Russian froze!), presence of exchangeable lens – these are the conditions defined the usage of these cameras for pro-shooting during more than 40 years. Latest Kiev-4 cameras with index “M” are slightly improved in comparison with old models: the head of shutter speeds is more pretty in using , “hot shoe” according with usual PC flash connecting, film rewind head with a handle (crank), the lens with better resolution than old Jupiter-8 2.0:50mm, but first time cameras completed by both type of the lens. ITEM’S CONDITION: WELL-USABLE Condition is nice cosmetically & working, leather and buckles still in nice condition. Examine item’s photos please. All functions are available.
