Product warranty period: Products enjoy two years of free warranty service from the date of sale. The warranty card must contain the purchase date (not to be altered) and a warranty stamp. If the card is lost but sufficient evidence of the purchase date is provided, it will be deemed that the card is in your possession. Even if the product is not covered by warranty or has exceeded the warranty period, you can still enjoy the lifetime warranty service. The buyer is responsible for the round-trip shipping and repair parts costs. 2. Product warranty scope: handles, pull rods and wheels are within the warranty scope. If the cause of the failure is due to product material problems and manufacturing defects, it is also covered by the warranty. This warranty does not apply if the product is damaged due to natural wear and tear, improper use or external factors (especially damage while riding in public transportation, such as deformation, breakage, body damage, scratches, abrasion, etc.), or the use of liquids. 3. Repair process service: Please be sure to take photos of the product before sending it for repair. Please call customer service before sending the product for repair, and then send it back to our company (you need to pay the round-trip shipping fee). If the product is not covered by warranty or has expired, the maintenance personnel will assess the repair costs and proactively contact the consumer for a quote. During the warranty period, you can enjoy the free repair service described in the warranty scope by presenting the warranty card. If the product is damaged due to improper use or if the warranty card cannot be produced, the parts repair fee will still be charged during the warranty period. 4. If your luggage is damaged while being checked in by an airline, please be sure to apply for compensation from the airline before leaving the airport.
