Pure manual edge polishing. Before the final product comes out, the last step is to polish and seal the leather edge. In order to make the leather edge look smooth, rounded and natural. “Tangent School” has its own set of edge banding methods. First use sandpaper to repeatedly polish the sharp edge of the leather edge, then apply a layer of edge sealing liquid to make the leather edge look smooth, repeat 2-3 times, then apply a layer of edge sealing wax, and finally polish it repeatedly with a sanding rod until the leather edge looks smooth. 4. Hand dyed leather “Tangent Line” hand-dyed products are currently using Fiebing’s leather alcohol dyes imported from the United States. In order to dye evenly and naturally, we need to wet the leather surface with water at first, and then use a sponge to apply the dye over and over again, from light to dark, until the color we want is reached. After drying, a layer of color fixing agent is applied to increase the color fastness. Finally, apply water on the surface of the leather to wipe off the dust on the surface and make the color more uniform. Because it is purely hand-dyed, there are subtle products between the colors of each bag, and each is unique.
