FED PLANT, KHARKOV CITY ORIGINAL LEATHER CASE FOR FED-3 RANGEFINDER CAMERAS with 1/4″ TRIPOD MOUNT APPLICABLE FOR FED-5 CAMERAS ABOUT ITEM’S ORIGIN (You can SKIP it!) As known, most of FED RF cameras was copies of famous Leica camera. First FED-3 cameras produced since 1962 had a lot of features from previous FED-2 cameras, and have no film advance lever up to 1964. The camera made by FED plant (Zavod im. F.E. Dzerzhinsky) at Ukraine (former USSR). ITEM’S CONDITION: WELL-USABLE Condition is nice cosmetically & working, leather and buckles still in usable condition. Examine item’s photos please. All functions are available. TECHNICAL FEATURES * The case is dedicated to FED-3 cameras with Industar-61L/D lens. * The case can be used with other non-collapsible standard focus lenses like Jupiter-8, Jupiter-3, Industar-50, Industar-26m, and will usable with collapsible FED, Industar-22 or Industar-50. * Made off genuine leather. * Tripod mount is 1/4″, applicable for most of FED-3 cameras . Some old cameras have 3/8″ tripod mount and can not be attached to this case. * Applicable with the tripod without removing the camera with the case. * The camera will preserved from negative impact with the case. * The camera will look more vintage with the case. * The case will applicable for latest FED-5 cameras family as well. * The case was made at Kharkov city at FED plant in 1970s.
